The Creative Grids Circle Savvy Ruler cuts perfect circles, semi-circles, and quarter-circles in 27 sizes from 3" to 15-1/2" in 1/2" increments. Use it for fusible appliqué, curved piecing, or turned-edge appliqué — all from one ruler.
